Fall / Winter Cheerleading
Due to the COVID pandemic we are limiting the number of people at the basketball games. We will not be charging for the event. Each cheerleader will be allowed to have 2 adult guest. Kids/babies/classmates are NOT allowed as one of the guest. The form above is the method to put the 2 names on the guest list. We will have a staff member checking in guests at the event. Each guest will be required to show identification as they enter the gym and they will sit across from the team benches. Guests can only attend the game their player is scheduled to play in. Due to the fact this is a Board of Education event and you are at a public school, everyone is required to wear a mask and socially distance from other guests at all times. We want you to stay home if you are experiencing any COVID like symptoms or if you traveled to any "hot spot" as identified by the State of CT within the past 14 days. Everyone's information will be recorded and stored for contact tracing purposes. This form must be filled out by 1:00pm on the day of an event so we can process it and have it ready for the game.
